Buyer Beware:
From another forum ...
LSA got me
Ordered a XXL T-shirt from these folks, Large Scale Alloy, and got a XXXL. When I tried to contact them, they are out of business and do not respond to PM's. Anyone interested in a XXXL Baja T-Shirt??????
Sorry, but you can't go taking advantage of people & not giving the service they deserve.

How did I get him? I accidentally sent him the wrong size, I told him I had to order another one as they are hard to get. He filed a paypal claim, received his money back and never returned the original shirt I sent him. So who got who?
I was not allowed to defend myself over there and was not able to respond to pms because I could not get back on the "Other forum".

I'm just letting you & everyone know what is being said. I have no stake in the matter, but we have all seen the closing threads. Is the shop open or Closed ? No one wants to be taken & I certainly don't want to see this happening other places. There are enough bad deals on forums, without businesses involved, It bothers me to see these things.
Honesty is always the best policy & hopefully your deals are all clean. Wish you the best in selling them. I have one myself.

every deal I have done is clean. Look back at everything else on the "Other Forums" Unfortunately one newbie who in the end is the scammer since he stole what was not his. It was a shipping error and these shirts are only stocked in 1 or 2 quantities at the distrbutor. Yes LSA's site is closed but I am still catering to my faithful customers and will get them what they need.
Why don't you go on there and ask him why he did not send the shirt back after he got his money refunded? As a business owner, you should be on my side.
He stated he received the wrong shirt.

Just to clear it up, I'm not the business owner, but I am on the side of fairness. If you want the shirt back you would have to provide shipping for the return. It was as you stated your mistake in the first place. From the way it sounds, it's just a simple bad deal. Mistakes do happen & we all know that, but the way these mistakes are corrected tells the story on what kind of a business person someone is. IMO you should not sell under a business name that is Out of business. I'm sure you have way of contacting this person, & maybe you should ask for the shirt back & provide him with a return label. He has his money back, from what I understand, so correcting the deal would be the best option I see. And this means from both sides.
I'm not picking sides here. I'm on the side of fairness for BOTH parties involved.
BTW; The questions have been asked on the other forum & a fair solution hopefully is under way.

I did contact him and my email was replied with a simple "F*** off" I told him to send the shirt back originally and I will refund him the money plus the shipping but he said he wanted to wait for the other shirt to come first.
I don't care about the shirt, I am more concerned about the fact that he said I scammed him when in the end I am out the money and the shirt.
As for the other forum, I cannot access it so I cannot see what is going on.
Over there I was not selling under the business name, I had the owner change my name to remove the affiliation. As stated before, the site is down but we are not officially out of business. We may start the site again or do a new site.
There were 4 other shirts sold on that other forum so why would I scam one a-hole for $20?

This is the question at hand. I have been involved in the same situations & know that not ALL facts are revealed in the postings. Un-fortunately we all find ourselves having to defending ourselves at times. The business situation your creating is confusing at best. Do yourself a favor & create a new business to sell under. LSA has been going out of business for a year or better. Let it die gracefully & move forward. Just my suggestion, as this has caused confusion on other forums as well.
Like I said before, I'm not picking sides in this deal. I wish you the best in selling your shirts.

I seem to be the one getting blasted here. I did order a XXL T-Shirt and got a XXXL. When I tried to contact LSA, I could not as the "Other Forum" would not allow it. In fact, I got a message that LSA was out of business so I posted the message. I have never gotten an e-mail nor did I send one with F*** off as I was unable to get an email address to request exchange. It appears that you had another complaint as well.

This was not me nor was the email you described me either. I still have the new T-Shirt that is an XXXL and I need to exchange it for a XXL. What do I need to do. If you had two other instances involving the wrong size, and I make three, How do I get a XXL t-shirt?
Thanks
